Yoga is for Everyone.

Accessible + Trauma-Informed Yoga

Come as you are.
Dominant narratives feed us lies that Yoga and wellness are only for some of us. Yoga is an ancient science that originated in African and Asian countries and is for and by the people. Yoga is for everyone. Ashley seeks to honor Yoga’s roots and current richness by sharing ALL the teachings, not just asana (the physical practice). This collection of practices have benefits that run deeper than feeling better in your body.

Ashley offers a range of services from customized one-on-one and small groups to public virtual classes. She teaches yoga to students of all ages and loves working with youth and families. Serving Philly + Surrounding Areas (Mainline, close NJ suburbs), Virtually Anywhere. Click here to apply for scholarships and income-based sliding scale for the following services. If you are interested creating equity in yoga by sponsoring yoga students or trainees, learn more here!

Your health + safety are Ashley’s number one priority. She is watching the COVID-19 pandemic closely and following all safety guidelines + precautions. Stay connected, physically distant. Choose from virtual sessions or outdoor, masked + socially-distant classes.

Share Yoga with Kids!

Has the study and practice of Yoga transformed your life?

Do you want to share the practices of Yoga with little ones in your life?

Are you doing inner-child work or wanting to connect more deeply with youth?

Are you an educator or work with youth - or want to?

Studies show that our brains are elastic throughout life, and especially sponge-y before the age of 10. This is why it's easier to absorb new information and gain skills - like learning new languages - when we are young. Encouraging kiddos to build healthy habits like mindfulness and movement can bolster resilience throughout their lifespan. Join Ashley Tryba, a trauma-informed Yoga, Mindfulness, Health + Wellness Educator for this YACEP eligible training and learn how to inspire youth to care for themselves, one another, and our planet by developing a meaningful and empowering Yoga practice.
